For admission to the Free Master's program, applications can be submitted by individuals with a bachelor's degree or a certified specialist qualification from state and non-state higher education institutions of the Republic of Armenia (with institutional or programmatic accreditation), who received at least 14 points (out of 20-point scale) for their defense of final qualification research paper, and whose cumulative GPA (Grade Point Average) in subjects, specified in the diploma appendix is at least 14.
The competition is held through the examination according to the preliminary published relevant questionnaire (for details, see the admission procedure for the Master's degree program of the NAS RA,).
* To enter the Master's program, applicants should submit the documents in person (also submit copies of the mentioned documents) or submit an online application by the following link: www.isec.am/online-admission-form attaching the scanned documents listed below:
- Passport / identification card,
- Diploma of Higher Education and Appendix,
- In case of submitting a diploma of a foreign university, the citizens of the Republic of Armenia must submit a reference from the "National Information Center for Academic Recognition and Mobility" on the equivalence of the diploma.
- 3x4 size photo,
- Army attachment certificate or military service card,
- List of published scientific articles (if available)
If necessary, the Admission Committee may require the applicant to also submit the original documents.

Applications are accepted from June 15 to July 6, 2026, inclusive.
The entrance examinations period: from July 7 to July 9, 2026.
