Job.am and ISEC Representatives Discussed Career Development Issues

On December 18, Job.am, represented by Brand and Communications Manager Lilit Khlghatyan and SMM Manager Zepyur Ghazaryan, held an introductory meeting at the International Scientific-Educational Center of NAS RA (ISEC). During the meeting, they presented the challenges of the modern labor market as observed by the platform, as well as the solutions they have developed to promote career development.

The meeting was initiated and organized by the ISEC Public Relations and Career Services Department, headed by Heghine Melkonyan.

The main speaker, Lilit Khlghatyan, enthusiastically presented the full range of opportunities offered by the job.am platform, highlighted the key challenges of today’s labor market, and shared several practical tips on how to make job search efforts more effective. Special attention was paid to the key aspects of writing a competitive CV and a motivation letter.

ISEC students and graduates also followed the meeting online, actively asking questions to the speakers and receiving comprehensive answers.

The possibilities of establishing long-term cooperation between ISEC and job.am were discussed with the aim of supporting the career development of ISEC students and graduates. The parties agreed to return to a more detailed discussion of these opportunities in the near future.
