Career-Oriented Visit to the “Ughekic” Psychological Center

The next stop in the series of career-oriented visits organized by the Public Relations and Career Department of the International Scientific-Educational Center of the NAS RA (ISEC) was the “Ughekic” Psychological Center. The visit, held on March 3, 2026, was organized in response to the request of the master’s students of the Clinical Psychology and Psychotherapy program at the International Scientific-Educational Center of the NAS RA. Its purpose was to familiarize students with the activities of a specialized professional organization and to assess the extent to which the institution could serve as a suitable venue for their internships and future employment.
The visiting group, accompanied by the Head of the Public Relations and Career Department of ISEC, Heghine Melkonyan, was welcomed by the founder of the “Ughekic” Psychological Center, psychologist-expert Ani Vardanyan. She presented the main areas of the center’s activities, emphasizing that expert work constitutes a key focus of the organization. A. Vardanyan generously shared her professional knowledge based on her extensive experience as a forensic psychological expert, while also responding to the students’ questions. She also outlined the steps required to become a forensic psychological expert and to join the team of the “Ughekic” Psychological Center.
The meeting took place in a warm and constructive atmosphere of discussion. The students demonstrated notable engagement and posed a number of thoughtful questions.
The career-oriented visit proved to be highly productive, serving as a successful example of dialogue between the university and a potential employer, earning the clear satisfaction of the visiting group and contributing to the effective career planning of the students.
The successful meeting also inspired both sides with the willingness and readiness to further develop cooperation in new formats.
