Scholarship Competition from the Fund for Armenian Relief (FAR)
June 6, 2025The Fund for Armenian Relief (FAR), within the framework of the “Armine and Karapet Zambak Scholarship” program, announces a scholarship competition for first-year master’s students enrolled in select academic programs at various universities in the Republic of Armenia, including the “Biodiversity research and conservation” program at the International Scientific-Educational Center of the National Academy of Sciences of Armenia.
Winners of the competition will receive tuition coverage (either partial or full), funded through resources provided by the foundation established in the name of Armenian-American philanthropists Armine and Karapet Zambak.
Eligible applicants must:
• Have demonstrated high academic performance during their undergraduate studies (GPA above 14 on a 20-point scale);
• Be actively involved in social and civic initiatives.
Application period: August 10 to September 29, 2025.
The final decision regarding student selection will be made by FAR’s Educational Programs Committee by September 5, 2025. A contract will then be signed between the selected student and FAR.
