Students of the ISEC NAS RA at the School of Advocates of RA

Law students of the ISEC NAS RA received the opportunity of exclusive right to participate (from May 2 to 31) at School of Advocates of the Republic of Armenia in legal studies conducted within the framework of the program of the Bureau of the US Department of State to combat international drug trafficking and law enforcement. The focus of the courses was protection of women's rights, prevention and eradication of corruption.

The participants, studying the best foreign experience, in their discussions addressed a variety of human rights issues, including the system of international protection of human rights, the practice of ECHR regarding some articles of the ECHR.

Issues related to pre-trial detention and juvenile justices in Armenia were raised. Each lesson lasted two days with a large load of theoretical and practical knowledge.

At the end of the classes, all participants received relevant certificates of participation.
