ISEC NAS RA Participated in Global Education Expo 2026

On May 14-15, the Presidium of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Armenia hosted the Global Education Expo 2026, with the active participation of the International Scientific-Educational Center of NAS RA (ISEC).
The ISEC delegation comprised members of the administration, faculty, the Student Council, and the Student Scientific Society. The Center's participation was coordinated by the ISEC Public Relations and Career Department, led by the Head of the Department, Heghine Melkonyan.
As in previous exhibitions, the ISEC pavilion stood out with its updated promotional materials and creative highlights. A special gift card package received widespread acclaim and high praise from the organizers, offering exclusive scientific and educational opportunities, including:
- Educational tours (for 2 people) to the Engineering City, the Botanical Garden, or the Geological Museum, guided by professors and Master's students from the respective ISEC chairs.
- Discounts on language courses organized by the ISEC Foreign Languages Club.
- Access to participation in ISEC intra-university seminars.
- Consulting services utilizing the resources of the ISEC Psychological and Business Laboratories.
- Genetic research options, specifically an exclusive opportunity to undergo Whole Exome Sequencing (WES) at the ISEC Department of Molecular and Cellular Biology.
A prominent attraction at the pavilion was a "smart bear" animatronic, developed by the students of the ISEC "Information Systems Development" Master's program in collaboration with students from the Real School. The talking bear—just one of many innovations by ISEC postgraduate students—answered visitors' questions and drew significant interest.
The pavilion featured three main informational banners: one provided a general overview of ISEC, while the other two highlighted ISEC’s international relations and its unique Master's program, "Aerospace Instrumentation," which pleasantly surprised visitors. Another ISEC banner, displayed in the main hall, reminded attendees of the recently launched "EU Bridge" international project, where ISEC serves as the coordinating university.
Throughout the two-day expo, the ISEC pavilion welcomed numerous visitors with diverse professional backgrounds and academic levels. The ISEC team enthusiastically answered inquiries, introducing guests to the latest updates on the Center's educational programs and international mobility opportunities. For many, the pavilion served not only as an information hub but also as an engaging educational experience.
The atmosphere at the pavilion was further enlivened by a traditional raffle. Many visitors walked away with branded stationery, copies of the "In the World of Science" popular science magazine (published with the participation of ISEC), and exclusive gift cards.
“Uniting academic values, modernity, and internationalization” — this was the official slogan of ISEC NAS RA at the Global Education Expo 2026.
