International Conference Held at ISEC NAS RA

On April 16, the International Scientific-Educational Center of the National Academy of Sciences of the RA (ISEC) hosted an international conference titled "Issues of Socio-Economic Development in the Era of Digitalization." This was the third international conference organized in collaboration with Northern University.

The conference was co-chaired by Atom Mkhitaryan, Dean of ISEC NAS RA, and Armen Chughuryan, Head of the Chair of Economics and Management at Northern University.

The event was held in a hybrid format (in-person and online), enabling participants from abroad to join both as speakers and attendees.

The agenda featured 12 scientific reports presented by nearly twenty authors. The conference’s international scope spanned six countries: Armenia, Russia, China, Singapore, Italy, and Egypt.

The discussions covered a multi-sectoral range of topics, including key issues in:

• Banking and Auditing
• Education and Management
• Artificial Intelligence
• Media

The sessions were held in an atmosphere of active and constructive dialogue, fostering the exchange of experience and the generation of new ideas.

Summating the results, the co-chairs assessed the proceedings as highly positive and productive, expressing gratitude to all participants for their insightful contributions and scientific cooperation. Professor Chughuryan also extended his thanks to the Directorate of ISEC for providing the necessary facilities and ensuring effective collaboration.

It was announced that all speakers would receive certificates of participation, and the articles that pass the peer-review process will be published free of charge in Northern University’s "Hyusisapayl" scientific journal.
