EU Bridge Steering Committee Meeting

On 7 September, the partners of the EU Bridge project came together online for another Steering Committee meeting to review the progress of key project activities, coordinate the next implementation steps, and identify priorities for the upcoming period.
The meeting was opened by Atom Mkhitaryan, Dean of the International Scientific-Educational Center of NAS RA (ISEC) and Project Coordinator, followed by discussions on several key areas of the project.
Under WP2 – Training Curriculum, Mariam Jilavyan (EIU) presented the status of the finalisation of the Training Curriculum (D2.1), feedback received from partners, and the next steps.
Under WP3 – Pilot Academy, Sheila Rubio Martinez (ACV) presented the current status and planned activities related to the implementation of the Pilot Academy (D3.1), including preparations for piloting the Training Curriculum, target groups, methodology, allocation of responsibilities, and timeline.
Under WP7 – Impact and Dissemination, Pablo Saura Manzanera (UMU) presented the current status of the project website development, addressing content and visibility requirements, the expected timeline for launching the website, as well as partners’ responsibilities for providing the necessary content and materials.
The Steering Committee was also presented with the draft Impact and Sustainability Strategy (D7.3) developed within the framework of the project.
Financial reporting and project management matters were presented by Atom Mkhitaryan (ISEC), with particular attention to the current status of financial reports and the next six-month reporting cycle.
During the meeting, consortium partners also provided updates on activities implemented within the other Work Packages, discussed current challenges and upcoming activities, as well as issues requiring coordinated action at consortium level.
Regular Steering Committee meetings are an important component of EU Bridge project governance, contributing to effective coordination among partners, shared responsibility, and coherent implementation across the project’s Work Packages.
EU Bridge continues to bring together Armenian and European partners, strengthening cooperation and advancing the achievement of the project’s common objectives.
