Working discussions on the ISEC Quality Improvement Action Plan for 2022-2026

March 7, 2024

Оn the initiative of Narine Vardanyan, the Head of the Quality Assurance Department of the International Scientific-Educational Center of NAS RA, working meetings were held on March 4 to discuss the ISEC program for 2022-2026 and to present an interim report on the implementation of the ISEC Quality Improvement Action Plan.

Deputy directors and heads of all departments participated in the discussion, presenting both completed and upcoming activities.

The PDCA cycle is a management principle that is used to carry out the Center's mission, accomplish strategic objectives, and enhance management effectiveness. It is important to note that the ISEC's strategic agenda for 2024–2029 is focused on the Center's vision and strategic goals, as well as the Quality Improvement Action Plan. Government priorities, labor market specifics, and an analysis of the National Qualification System Supplemental Documents are also taken into consideration. Consequently, some of the Center's priorities have been revised.

To successfully carry out the actions outlined in the Quality Improvement Plan, the ISEC Education Quality Assurance Department ensures continuous monitoring. The heads of various departments who are in charge of specific tasks are supported throughout monitoring process. They organize departments' work according to a set timeline and will shortly produce the results in the interim report.
