In line with ISEC improvement plan, conducting training courses of foreign languages is one of ISEC's internationalization priorities. The training courses were launched after testing the language level of the academic staff: the courses has a load of 30 academic contact hours and 30 academic hours designed for self-learning.

On 18 May, the training course of the intermediate-level group was accomplished with the participation of the academic staff from ISEC's different chairs. The training course was led by Arusyak Harutyunyan, Head of Foreign Affairs Department of ISEC NAS RA, an ESP/EFL instructor. This course mainly aimed to develop the participants' speaking skills, as well as listening, reading and writing skills. Besides the language skills, the participants learned how to write resumes, cover letters, apply for job interviews, as well as how to work on Moodle LMS, as the assignments designed for self-learning were uploaded onto Moodle.

At the end of this course, the participants having successfully accomplished the course were awarded course-completion certificates with 2 ECTS credit load.
