Training on Hazard Assessment and Disaster Risk Management (DRM)
February 10, 2021From February 22 to March 5, 2021, the Institute of Geological Sciencesof the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Armenia is conducting a training course on "Hazard Assessment and Disaster Risk Management (DRM)" The training material has been developed in cooperation with the specialists from Geneve University.
Training sessions will be conducted online. The duration of each session is 1 hour.
Field trips are also planned, during which the landslide mapping and preliminary assessment of the hazard and risk will be carried out, as well as the monitoring systems will be introduced.
