Current Regional Problems: Challenges and Opportunities

The Department of Oriental Studies of the ISEC NAS RA , the Alumni and Career Development Department and the SSS announce "Current Regional Problems: Challenges and Opportunities" third-cycle vocational training course. Lecturers of the Institute of Oriental Studies of the NAS RA , the Institute of History, the ISEC NAS RA and lecturers of other scientific-educational centres will held lectures . During the training sessions, publicity and importance, as well as historical key issues are presented. The duration of the course is one week. The ones who would like to participate need to send their motivation letters to mikich.parsadanyan@isec.am and CV’s to mikichparsadanyan@mail.ru.

Taking into consideration the numerous requests and suggestions, the course includes:

  1. Regional policy of Georgia and Azerbaijan
  2. Turkey's foreign policy priorities
  3. The Iranian Foreign Policy Priority:
  4. Artsakh conflict as a regional security factor
  5. Regional geopolitical energy and Middle -Eastern geopolitical processes
  6. Challenges of the Armenian economy under the conditions of accession to the MFA, WTO and the EU.


Young people between the ages of 18 and 45, students of the ISEC NAS RA, students and alumni of HEIs of the Republic of Armenia may participate without professional limitation. The trainings are held in the 2 nd floor 2.1 auditorium of the ISEC (Baghramyan 24, Building of Library).
